In February 2012, we purchased a bedroom set w/mattress from FAMILY FURNITURE.
After a few weeks, we felt the bed to be uncomfortable.
We called FAMILY FURNITURE in March 2012, and Brian Silbernagel , the manager, came out. When my wife complained that the middle felt high, Brian said my wife should get up in the middle of the bed and stomp it down. With that comment, Brian confirmed that the mattress was HIGH in the middle. Brian replaced the mattress with another KING KOIL mattress.
We did not find any relief with the new mattress. We called Brian again. His solution was to pay $70.00 to Dixie Bedding, the company that manufactures King Koil mattresses, to have a bed inspector come on 8/20/13from Mattress Marshals. He found that the framework was not level; mattress not defective.
On 9/14/13, we paid a third inspector that we chose. His name is Kent Markley who does building projects in The Villages. He checked the frame and found it to be level.
