Four outlets stopped working in my house. Reset buttons didn’t help. Called Familys Choice. Their tech wanted to charge a flat rate of $500 before testing the outlets, claiming the final cost could be much more. They do not trouble shoot. I said no. Had one of their competitors come out. He tested the outlets, diagnosed the problem, fixed and charged $149. The actual electrical problem is not the issue for me. It’s the fact that Familys Choice will not lift a finger until you agree on the money, lots of it. Use at your own peril.
