Micky, I do NOT know the rules for your villa, however, you may still need to get a permit for the hot tub/spa. The reason is that there are safety requirements for these. All glass in the area must be tempered, and all metal within 5 ft. needs to be bonded to ground. There may be other requirements. To be safe, stop by Sumter could building office (Pinellas plaza) and ask. Also, a quick call to community standards will tell you if there are any other restirctions that would require an ARC review.
