Question: My HVAC unit is three years old. The house was built in 2021. Jasmine Designer. Just shy of 1,600'. I'm in the village of Hammock at Fenney. The Munn's tech did the six month check up. All is well. The warranty for parts expires in 2031 and labor in 2026. I can purchase an extended five year warranty with added five years for a total of ten year coverage. This morning at 4:16am a two door pickup truck drove a few feet from the wood fence in my back yard with its head lights on; the head light glare came into my bedroom and woke me up. I live in the village of Hammock at Fenney on Pheil Path. My lanai faces the big open field. The field is owned by TV and supposedly zoned for residential. On this past Friday there were three yellow construction backhoes doing some sort of digging way over on the other side of the field by the tree line. As the pickup was driving by a woman on the passenger side saw me in my very dark lanai and mumbled something about fence maintenance . Sunday morning at 4:16am and someone is doing “fence maintenance?” I called Community Watch and the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office. Any thoughts on what the pickup truck was doing. The truck head lights shone into my bedroom and now I’m wide awake. 😎
