Help please if you have any information: We live on an exec course, and have extensive bleach-like staining on our birdcage concrete slab which was decoratively painted by a local company - we believe from the sprinkler system on the course. We have seen it a few times spray directly into our space. We have had a person look at it a couple different years, and say nothing, except deny it’s caused by their water. It gets progressively worse year to year. My questions are - who to contact for water analysis? How to get past year’s water reports. How to get TV or the exec course owners to fix it? Who to contact if we need to get the paint ground off the entire slab and start over? BUT if starting over, we’re afraid it will simply happen again the next time the sprinkler directions are altered by the mowers. They are always being repaired, and they’ve told us there’s no alteration they can make to the sprinkler head to prevent it from being misdirected.
