    We had an initial appt with a family doctor. Filled out the whole family history and sat down with the dr. Few weeks later i checked my ins. navigator online and see there was a additional $50 charge for OBESITY COUNCIL. I called my ins, they called the office and it was removed. Thats the first and last visit.

    Went to Codys in brownwood and my wife always orders rib eye. She gets sirloin or something else. We bring it to their attention and they insist this is a rib eye. Cross them off the list.

    I can go on and on but i'm getting tired of typing. I almost want to go back to central NY.

    last year i hired Driveway Doctors to epoxy my garage floor. After it was dry the young man who owns the company helped me move a refrig back in. there were scratches form moving it and he said he would come back to fix it. I told hime just bring back the leftover paint from another job and i can do it along with filling the grooves that he didn't do. Well i called several times and he said he would be back to drop off the paint. Never returned and now i can't get a hold of him. No more with him.

    Twice now my wife has had dr. appts where when we arrived they said there is no record of her appt. even though we show them the appt. card. They ask "how did you get that appt.? Really

    Several months ago i ordered a takeout at Gators Dockside in brownwood. The order was for $30.23. Went in, flagged a waitress, gave her 2 20's she went in the back for my order, came out with the order and still carrying the 2 20's. Gave me my order and gave the 20's to this stocky young guy with a brush cut who takes names at the entrance. He pulled out a wad of bills and gave me $9 in change. Stuffed the 2 20's in his pocket. I said not for nothing but my change is $9.77. Oh sorry man and gave me a dollar. Also no receipt. I went back 2 times in the next week to talk to a manager but to no avail. I let it drop.

    I am now on my 3rd lawn care service. I had Falcon which was highly recommended. We agreed on a price for 12 months. I agreed to pay an initial charge (mistake) then a monthly bill. One week after i wrote the check they sent me a bill. Called and was told to disregard the bill. No explanation. 2 months later a $92 charge for shrubs and tree trimming. Called, no reason again why this was on my bill. Called a 3rd time to ask them if the workers could blow the cut grass and dead leaves of my landscaping since i see the blowing the grass off the curb into the road. The person i spoke to said " well they don't do that because it will blow all the mulch off. I said your right.......except i have STONE. Nothing was done. So Falcon is done.

    We bought our home new in Pinellas. It is 3 years old, a premier home. Since then we have replaced the refrigerator and now the stove.
    The elements sparked and blew out in the oven. When the new stove was delivered the stove that came with the house was dented all along the left side. The delivery men said it looked like it was dropped. No wonder the elements on that side blew. Also our neighbors on our street have had to replace several appliances. We are very DISSAPOINTED and upset that we have damaged appliances put in a new home.

    My wife goes to the Florida Cancer Center for treatments every 8 weeks. The nurses and doctors are wonderful. The billing is driving us crazy and costing us. We are not yet 65 so we are insured thru my former employer. My wife usually hits her deductible around May. So after the out of pocket is met everything is covered at 100%. The billing does not code the treatments correctly and they insist that we still keep paying 40% after we met our deductible. This is insane. We are getting billed every month for services going back to last year. I even called our ins. rep while we were there to talk to someone in billing and they still insist we owe even after our ins tells them otherwise. I was told by one that " you better go home and read your policy". Very insulting. We tried to talk to a manager but they will not let us. One time my insurance overpaid by $200. The ins caught it and made them pay it back. In turn the billing sent us a bill for $200. unbelievable. to be continued
