I was waiting to back out from my parking space when a man driving a golf cart drank an entire nip bottle of a Clear liquid …vodka?…while driving. He had two cases of beer on the back of his golf cart. He drove towards the Walgreens. Wish there had been Community Watch or police car in the area. People need to get some self control…this is dangerous behavior.
