I have really done some soul searching and wonder if I'm getting too demanding as I age. The answer is no.
I have no pull in Florida, I'm an unknown entity. Where we came from everybody made money on Real Estate because being inclusive and sharing and being modest got me more houses to flip than I could handle comfortably at one time. So many people I know have used The Villages Realtors and are thrilled, I am not at all. The MLS Realtor that I used to buy my house was a great person but didn't do a thing for me. I had my own back. Long explanation but I would try by myself first but I understand you may not want to, Then MLS. No way on TV'S realtor. Not a chance. Best of luck to you and yours. Hope things go smoothly and you get into a bidding war.

First, congratulations on your purchase! You will not be sorry about living on a golf course. The privacy is worth every penny! As it turns out, so far, we were able to talk to our neighbor (he is a difficult one) and he told us that he would not let the plantings grow so high that they obstructed our view. We will wait and see if he is a man of his word. I may suggest that you make friends with your neighbors and during conversation get an idea what they may have planned for landscaping. You may casually comment on how wonderful your view is and that it would be a shame to have it blocked. On a golf course, it is unusual for neighbors to block views because you already have a lot of privacy. We just got stuck with a bad neighbor who intended to enclose his lot for his dogs. When he found out he couldn't do it he still planted because he was mad that he couldn't put in the dog run. Just revenge. Anyway, please let me know how it goes for you. The golf course lots are the best!!!!
