Can’t believe it’s been open two days and no comments about Shallow Creek…EXCELLENT condition, no shade available but very enjoyable landscaping. Remarkably quiet (except for house construction) but in finished housing area it’s almost peaceful. Much water, aesthetically pleasing, but not playing hazard. Look forward to a repeat visit.

Any feedback on the two communities....more square foot per dollar in Stonecrest, but guessing much less “lifestyle”?

One sided-pedestrian Bridge...Havent seen explanation of dedicated pedestrian “lane” leading up to bridge deck on both CC and Brownwood bridges, but not continuing on south side.

One-sided pedestrian bridge path. Can’t find reasoning for CC Bridge and Brownwood version having dedicated, segregated path leading to bridge deck, but not on southern side.

Only thing I need to complete FL residency is Drivers License. DMV is closed and no indication of when it will be open for that purpose. Has anybody heard or know when it might reopen?
