Absolutely - you won't regret the trip to Maine that time of year. You must go to LL Bean (google search if you aren't familiar) - it's in Freeport, a lovely, true, New England town with lots of little restaurants and shops, and of course Beans. It's a gorgeous place to see and shop, open 365 days, 24 hrs a day. Where will you be going in Maine? Portland is a fabulous place, easy to walk around and great food.......
