I am closing on Cottage Village August 2. Our home is fenced in. I read the deed restriction with some difficulty. Before I contact ARC, I would like your input. How far from the fence can I plant shrubs and flowers? If I read correctly, 7 1/2 feet from fence to allow easement? Is this correct in my backyard? I did find the list of plants allowed in TV, so I know what I am allowed to plant. Thanks for help.
