Hello - We live in Abingdon in Harford County. That is between I-95 and Bel Air, the new Wegman's Bel Air store is at the end of our street and an asst mgr bought our house, the store is suppose to open in August. We stayed for 7 days in TV in late April. Last Friday we purchased a Woodlawn (2 BR courtyard villa) off the internet. They are no longer going to make that model, it will be called a Durham and prices are going up 4%. They reduced the 5 remaining models about a week ago and then Thursday dropped the price on ours another $5,000 so we called our salesman. He went over that night and took pictures and emailed them back and we bought the home. We had been through the model, we had even driven through the complex (Southern Star Villas) so the only real decision was the cabinets. They are light maple which is not a favorite but for the price we can have that fixed. We have closing here on June 29th and closing on our villa July 5th and then we'll become villagers.
