Beware of Matt Stiver Ceramic Tile and HandyMan Services He took our money, finished nothing, and left everything a mess. Part of what he did do had to be redone. He told us 2-3 wks to do the job. He was there 5 weeks. He saw that he couldn't get the job done, and had gotten just about all the money.and cleared out. This was a rental property He didn't show up on Tues, wouldn't answer my call. My husband called him and he said he wanted more money to finish the job. We tried to be fair and instead got taken. We used him prior for a small job, and he was ok. He was in over his head. Had he worked a full day and been organized, he could have finished the job as agreed by 3 weeks. He lied to us time and again and is not to be trusted. Rick's Remod of Belleview came in and finished the whole job in 1 week, and there was a lot left to do. There were things Stiver had not even started yet. We highly reccomend Rick's Remodeling.
