I am finding my way around this website. I have been in the villages a year and am a member of several dance clubs. Please contact me for more information. I also run Enjoy Partner Dancing club here in the villages, Cindy 352 775 8297 or enjoypdtv@gmail.com
You will hear a lot of false information and fear mongering by people trying to sell you stuff. The water in The Villages is fine - you don't need bottled water unless you just really like bottled water. There are only two issues with the water in The Villages. The water is hard and a water softener will remove the hardness if you like soft water. This will not impact the taste of the water. You can get a water softener from Home Depot for $450 (full disclosure: I don't work for Home Depot and don't even particularly like shopping there). You can also buy water softeners over the internet. Anything with a Fleck control unit is a pretty good system. The other issue is the water has a pretty high level of chlorine and taste a bit funky to me. You can remove the chlorine with a carbon block filter. Your water will taste great. A relatively low cost way of doing this is a single 20"x4.5" "Big Blue" filter enclosure - you can buy it for about $100 over the internet.
Good morning. I am an agent with Foxfire Realty in Summerfield and would be happy to provide information and show you properties in The Villages or any of the surrounding communities.
Depending on when you'd like to start renting. We can do as few as 3 months if you started in October or two if you started in November. We can definitely discuss a month to month as well but obviously the rate changes a lot for January, February, and March
Please call if you'd like to discuss 352-391-9551 Denise or John
