If you want to live in the Villages, but are in an "unmarried relationship" (i.e., my significant other and I have lived together for five years), is that allowed?

We are "man and woman," if that matters. There is some administrative weirdness with her health insurance, as she is a widow, and it really would mess up the works if she got married....
