Regarding your post for TV and Internet....We use Direct TV, and we are very happy with it, and we are easily able to move the service to our place up North...We take the boxes, and remotes, and we have a dish up North already installed , and we hook everything up and call them so they can transfer the service, and then we can get the local channels...as for Internet, we use Comcast...and here is how this works for us...we cancel the Internet every summer when we leave, and when we come back they give us a reasonable rate for a year, and then we cancel it again next summer...this only works if you go into the Comcast office on Route 441/27...we pay about $110 for Tv and $50 for high speed internet...we bought our own Modem so we don't have to rent the box from Comcast...hope this helps...Oh and if you decide on Direct Tv....let me know and if you use our #s, we both will save $10 per month off our bills...Jim
