Hello, my friend is putting their house up for sale. 2 minutes walk to see breeze rec and sports pool. It's a patio villa with extensive upgrades and professional decorated. They also have a 2020(I think) golf cart. They are original owners and snowbirds, Maine residents, and only in TV for Jan, Feb, Mar, It has never been rented, no smoking or pets.
