I saw a post from you in 2010 regarding a ski club. We are snow birds starting this year and in future winters I would still like to take a ski trip. Did you ever get a ski club started?

Hi, My husband and I were trying to find out if anyone out there in the villages, belong to a ski club or if there is one. We like to ski in Colorado every year but were looking to see if anyone else also was interested. Not sure if this is correct way to contact you? Thanks, Kathleen

Kathy and I are doing room layouts now for our Sanibel home on Avondale. Closing is Feb. 8, but we won't move until probably May or June.

hi i haven't had time to look at this. 20 family members just left our house and i have clean up to do now. but we met with the designer, planned our house and should close on 28 of feb. we saw your new home it looks fabulous unfortunately we left day before Captiva opened. anyway we are looking forward to meeting you sometime soon ps we did meet bruce and barbara who also live on Raven Croft.

my husband and i bought dirt at the villages too. raven croft terrace (LOT 41). we back to a wall. we go back on 12/16/11 to pick everything out and close. my husband still has to work 19 months before he retires. we still own in rhode island and don't know just yet what our plans are. how close are we to you? denise l menna

We had our closing up north and the money is in our account in Fl. Signed all the paperwork via fax and our house will be done 12/29/11!!! We are paying cash..no loans.
we are staying in North Port, south of Sarasota until the house is done. Renting off friends

Congrats....Great stuff...... 96days (close jan 4)is our build time. That caused a problem because citizens could only lock a rate for 85 days so we had to wait until 10/11 for a rate lock. The rate changed from 4.25 to 4.50. Still good rate but that range change cost aBout $30 extra a month. That's not good So be aware

Good luck you must be getting excited the 17th is coming very soon. We close on 1/4/11 not sure when exactly we will be down. I saw a ton of homes all over the place when were there.
