Analyst Predictions
I was wondering if anyone thought that the suppossed expert analyst were better at predicted games as the avarage fan. I never kept track of my predictions but I tend to think I have just as good if not better chance of predicting a winner especially if it's my team.
IMHO -Listening to the pre-game analysis is a waste of time. I hardly ever watch an analysts type show. What I will keep a close eye on is who is injured to the point of not being able to play. Some players really impact a teams chance to win especially a quarterback. When the whistle blows to start the game is when we all find out what is really going to happen. Real fans really know a lot about a sports and I think is just as good with their predictions. What do you think? How well do you fare against the analysts predictions? |

I have noticed this in the past and this year that I do better than approx. 60 percent of the analysts.

They certainly steered me wrong. Only one I checked had Seattle winning over New Orleans. Indy losing to the Jets showed up a little more in the picks http://espn.go.com/nfl/picks.
