I can't believe what I saw last night. It was the worse case of officiating that has ever taken place in the NFL. The pass interference called against GB. The Hail Mary interception called a TD. Even the commentators on ESPN where shocked at these blown calls.
What a shame.

Default Hacienda Country Club for Packer Watching?

Is the Hacienda Country Club still the place for Packer watching? Also, are only residents allowed in?

I won't be in town, but a good buddy is stopping at my place for a couple of days and doesn't want to miss the game. I won't be bothering with a guest pass for him, but wanted to see if the CC is open to the public for watching the game.

Anybody know how it works for non-residents?

Packers seem to be on their way, now if they can only overcome injuries.

We are brand new to TV. In fact, we close next week and move in starting in April. We are from the Milwaukee area and look forward to many Packer wins in the future. Team is young enough and talented enough to make it happen. We are moving into Gilchrist.

BigB46, welcome to the Villages. I bet you wish you had moved earlier this winter. Is Lake Michigan going to freeze over this year?

The Packers are going to have to improve their defensive backfield before they can compete for the playoffs again. I know they have had a lot of injuries, but they just sucked in the backfield.

The players on the defensive side of the field are still very young and developing. This draft, along with the continued improvement of two or three who sat idle last year should make a huge difference in points allowed. what interests me more is the rapidly improving offense. With Rodgers, Nelson, Cobb, Lacy, Boykin, Harris and Bostick things are looking very good. If they draft CJ Federowicz (TE from Iowa) their chances improve greatly.

It will be good to finally arrive in TV sometime in April, Lord willing.

Been here 8 1/2 years, originally from WI. Went to bars the first couple years but finally got the DirecTV football package. Way too comfortable on the couch watching a 60" screen. They even re-play the preseason games, usually within a day or two after. Got 10 club seats for the 12/21/14 Tampa/GB game. Brother-in-law and wife flying in from CA, plus our son and a date (must be Packer fan qualified), plus 4 other Wisconsinites. With no major injuries and a tougher defense it should be a fun year.

It looks as if they have answered some questions on drfense. Now if the injury bug can visit someone else, and the new players can jell we should do very well. They always say that to go far into the playoffs you must have a very good defense.

BigB46' did you make it down here yet?

Nope. We have 15 more games to get to the playoffs. If Seattle as a team is as good then as last Monday, and we don't play better, it could be a tough playoff win. I predict GB will improve as the season progresses.

I agree. Seattle is probably the best team in the NFL right now. We could very well be the 2nd best. Who know what will happen between now and the playoffs.

Does anyone know of any bus packages for the Packer/Tampa game on Dec. 21? I am looking to get to the game for myself and a friend.
