Default Dallas Cowboys shocker

McCarthy has never been a great coach, even with Aaron Rodgers.

If McCarthy loses his first playoff game again, I can't see that he will be kept.
Would Belichik be given a new job?

Inquiring minds want to speculate. . .

Jerry Jones is probably out of control

I doubt Belichik would want to work for Jerry, but who knows. McCarthy is certainly not a very good coach.

Not a shocker at all. The GB defense had improved considerably, and Love is a terrific QB, better than Dak. The spread was, I believe, 7.

I typically love an underdog win. Just like this one. Not a Jerry Jones fan either so I’m double pleased.

Belichick would work for anyone that would give him the best opportunity to break Don Shula’s all time wins record. He needs to coach an already solid team, and have two decent seasons, to break the record. After that, he really doesn’t have anything left to accomplish.

It's a great day whenever "America's Team" is blown out in the playoffs' first round.

For awhile in 4th quarter thought GB was trying to let Dallas back into the game

Not an aficionado of NFL at all, but enjoy watching games.
My only observation is Green Bay seem more of a 'team' now that Mr. Rogers has moved on.
Dallas QB Mr. Dak looked quite ordinary, or were the calls poor?

I recall Belichik getting outcoached, and the Patriots outplayed, in TWO Super Bowls by Tom Coughlin's New York Giants.

NFC North 2-0 so far in the playoffs. Who'd a'thunk it?

Longsuffering Vikings fan here, (ever since they played the first game in franchise history in 1961 by beating a Bears team in a HUGE upset, with things just getting worse from there) but you gotta respect those Packers. They seem to routinely achieve more with less than just about any other team in the league. That was certainly the case yesterday. And stomping the smugness out of America's Team was just icing on the cake.
