I lived in Denver while attending the University of Denver and getting a MA in Librarianship and Information Management (Class of 1984) but also lived near San Francisco for quite some time. Many people from Reno, Nevada in the 1970s rooted for the Niners and Colin Kaepernick went to the University of Nevada, Reno where I got my BAs in Philosophy and History. (Classes of 1980 and 1981). So, I have some loyalties to certain teams but still I would like to pick the winners! My second cousin (or something like that) used to work for the Seattle Seahawks but now is at the Jets as General Manager. Cannot say I cheer for the Jets though as I have never even been to NYC.

2014 Super Bowl - Super Bowl XLVIII - NFL.com

I got my pick in for Superbowl 48 but may still change my mind.

Any predictions? I don't think that this matters all that much with the Pick'Em standings except maybe for different ranks between 5th and 6th position and the like.

I like Denver. The 2 week layoff is too much for a young Quarterback despite what they say about his maturity. Seattle is a different team on the road and threw in some clunkers. At Carolina a 12-7 win At Houston 23-20 in OT win at Indianapolis 34-28 loss
at St. Louis 14-9 win and at SF 19-17 loss. Both playoff games at home they scored 23 points in each. I don't think 23 will be enough to beat Denver. But as they say that's why they play the game.lol Thanks to Taltarzac725 for running the pool. You really should visit NYC if for nothing else than getting a great slice of pizza.
