My father's dad's brother had a kid whose kid was a recent NY Jets General Manager. They lost too many times under him and he kind of was run out of town. But I did not get that sport loving gene.

Isn't it the GM who signs players?

Why does Patrick Mahomes wear the number 15? Because that's how many penalty yards you get for even touching him

Google referees, fairness and Kansas City Chiefs. I do think there is some fire behind all the smoke. The other side's coaches do sometimes very loudly object to some calls.

I will probably stick with the Eagles for the NFL Yahoo Pool I am in. No money is involved. But I will probably win the pool I am in if the Eagles pull it off . I am in first place right now.

There might be a daughter in that line as the former NY Jets General Manager is the son of another big football name. Which is different than my father's and mine.

We did run into the family of the GM as they had lived very close to where we were.

I see that the father of the NY Jets General Manager worked on the coaching staff of the Philadelphia Eagles among other jobs.
