Several problems with using children as leverage but let's try this.... What is the recommended minimum age in July when ships *might* start sailing or 2022 when ships will likely be sailing? My crystal ball doesn't work that well but I know I saw a headline suggesting the minimum age might be 12 before the end of the month.

I've heard that as well. They anticipate that the minimum age for the vaccine will drop from 16 to 12 this month I think.. So that makes perfect sense.
