Paddle tennis is gaining momentum, slowly but surely. I am an instructor there and started playing it about 35 years ago in Connecticut. It plays a bit differently here, it's mainly a winter game up north, but it's a great arobic workout once you get the hang of it.
The have introductory classes on Wednesday (101) and the next step on Fridays(102), you sign up ahead of time for those. They have paddles and balls for your use in the center. The times are 8-10 AM.
Also, there is semi-organized play on Monday and Tuesday from about 8-11.
Give it a go, it's really a lot of fun.
