I can tell you a secret about fishing. Here we have a fisherman fishing from a HIGH dock. The problem is that when he catches one and he removes the hook - what is he likely to do. He will THROW THE FISH BACK. That is bad because that busts the fish's internal organs and they DIE. To replace the fish properly, a fisherman needs to EASE the fish back into the water. And unless they have very long arm, they can't do that from a dock.
