Never heard anybody say they saw a Coral snake in TV but I knew someone that had a Pygmy Rattle Snake in their lanai. My brother in law killed a Coral Snake in his garage in Harbour Hills.

I always taught my Paramedic students; “Red on Black, Venom will lack. Red on yellow will kill a fellow “.

All you need to remember is Red on Yellow. 😎

Well, they may be docile, until they’re not. You can be sure I’ll run the other way regardless of whether they’re a coral snake or a corn snake!

BTW, the manufacturer stopped production of coral snake antivenin in 2006.
