One snuck into my enclosed lani thru the siding , opened the door and had to use the broom to move it along and out the door.

Last week I had a face-off with two of them in the driveway. They came out from under the car. I was concerned that there was a nest of them.

Looks like a harmless black racer. They are afraid of people and can really move fast to escape.

I've seen some little harmless garter snakes around, but this black snake looks big!
I've done a cobra pose in Yoga and it doesn't look like that!

From the photo, it looks like it is still alive.


Sorry, but I will never have to worry about taking a photo that close of a live snake.

The King snake takes on a copperhead. Stay clear of a copperhead they will attack.
