Recently, two nights in a row at about 2am I heard an owl. It seems to be moving, sound not from exactly the same spot. On my roof or neighbors roof I would guess.

That photo. It looks like it is nesting in excelsior, the old packing straw. Where it would find that makes me wonder.

GRUMPY? Fortunately, there are no photos avail of me at 2am.
