As I sit at my computer in my bedroom on the 2nd floor, and look out the glass french doors, this is my view !

Well when I look out my window in downtown Brooklyn, I see a fake waterfall that someone is trying to make me believe is art! Go figure.

This is why I wanna move back to Florida : Pic taken in Feb of 07 after having cut a dead tree, it started snowing while the lumberjacks were cutting the tree up.

... and Poromo, I've read and seen on tv the 4 "waterfalls" constructed in the East River. From what I understand, it's going to be another tourist attraction for The Big Apple ... go figure. New York does have a way of constantly coming up with things that bring in the bucks.

Here's a pic of the Rogue River at Hellgate Canyon. Many famous movies were filmed here; The River Runs Wild, one with John Wayne, and a couple of others.

It is absolutely beautiful where you live. Not sure I could leave there even if there is snow (which I hate). Talk to Village Kahuna about the photography club. Something tells me you two will have a great time comparing notes.
