Looks like Mangrove - I first thought Bacal but the water is more like a swamp than the bridge over the pond on #8 of Bacal. Credit due to Biker.

Mangrove #4 and it is an off-limits protected area and you’re prohibited from entering. Apparently, many of my balls did not get that message and are resting there in peace.
