Executive course walk on question
Is it allowable to walk on an executive course to golf after the last tee time as long as you have paid your trail fees
|
Where have you been, this has hotly debated the past week.

Villages Golf Admin = No
Some Ambass's = Yes Some Ambass's = No Some Villagers = No Some Villagers = Yes & there you have it. |
The definitive answer is NO. If you are on the golf course after dark you are by law trespassing and if someone feels like enforcing it can call the police/sheriff. They will tell you to leave the course as it is private property and only to be used by golfers.
Any ambassador or poster here who tells you otherwise is lying. Since there are plenty of sidewalks and multi-modal trails to satisfy any walker it seems foolish to not use them. |

I actually called TV Golf Admin to confirm. But that does not matter to some posters. Some Ambass's don't want to enforce the rules. Ur post is right between the eyes. :clap2: |

Safety on the Course • Golf courses are restricted to golfing traffic only. • Please refrain from riding, biking, fishing, walking or engaging in other recreational activities on the courses. • Pets are not permitted on golf courses or practice facilities at any time. • Please allow golfers ahead to move out of range before hitting a shot in their direction. • Play is over at dusk. Dusk is defined as 30 minutes after sunset That means: 1) If you are not playing golf between the first tee time and dusk, you DO NOT belong on the golf course 2) If you think it is fine to take a stroll, or walk Rover, or ride your bicycle on a golf course, YOU ARE WRONG and YOU ARE TRESPASSING 3) If you think you have a "right" to be there for anything other than playing golf because you "pay your amenity fee", YOU ARE WRONG---GET OFF! 4) And finally, if you are like that socialist/communist nut case that will go unnamed and think you are supporting the championship golf courses because you pay federal taxes that finance our military that protects the golf courses from a foreign invasion force, (Hard to believe but he actually posted that as an argument),YOU ARE STILL WRONG AND A NUT CASE:1rotfl::1rotfl::1rotfl: |
It seems to me two topics get intermixed in this thread: 1) Playing golf after hours; 2) Walking and doing other non-golf stuff on golf courses after hours.
Those are two different topics with two different answers. |

Should have phrased my question better. Can you play golf on an executive course after the last tee time while it is still light. Say 715 pm to 830 pm

So to sum it all up:
No, you are not *allowed* to walk the course after the course is closed. Yes, you "can" walk it, but you risk being kicked off, because you're not "allowed." Being permitted, and being capable of doing something, are two different things. It also has nothing to do with whether or not you paid trail fees. Trail fees cover your golf cart, not your feet. |
Question was not about walking course after closed but rather about golfing after last tee time
|
In an attempt to directly answer your specific question. Yes you may start your round on an exec course after the last tee time and continue play until dusk. You will probably not be able to finish nine holes. You must leave the t at dusk.
