Am back on the old version because I found a link to it one one of the more obscure pages I had to surf around to find after I had been kicked to the new version! Hope you can find it - while I don't remember what page it was - it was at the bottom of that page!

I still get that also. Maybe if you click on that there is no return back to the old? I'm afraid.....someone want to try it for me?

I somehow got switched over to the new version and am not a big fan. I no longer have the link to get back to the better version.

If only they would change the screaming white background on the first page--like the New Post page. It hurts my eyes. I can't think why they had to make it so glaringly bright.

I switched to the new version because the old version wouldn't show me Grumpy Old Man's photos. I was going right back to the old version. I guess I'm stuck with the new version now.

I blame Grumpy for this!
I too had to look at his photos in new version, as the did not show in the old.

Have you tried logging out and then back in? Or, using a different computer where you are not automatically logged in? The old version seems to still be available.

Other computer same.
Even tried my VPN putting me in Miami and accesing through Google.
No good.

Change, just to be changing, is not good change.

njbchbum, do you recall what kind of page it was? Like a page telling you how to navigate TOTV, somebody's thread, one of the headings at the top of the page, etc?

For others, it looks like if you hit Reply, it will automatically quote the post. Now that's an improvement!

People seem to always dislike change.

Weird I had no "reply with quote" tab either this morning, but pressed "reply" and it added your quote automatically.

I think they changed the format to "Reply" adds the quote, and "quick reply" doesn't.

Have you tried a different browser? I use the Samsung Internet browser and the MS Edge browser, but when I go to the website with the Chrome browser, it goes to the new version.

Most "modern" forum software allows users options for "skins".
I always choose a dark theme. Much easier on the eyes.

I cleared my browser history and had to re-log in to TOTV. Good version now no longer available, this is my first experience with the bad version, which $ucks out loud. Hope they make good version available again, or I could be done. This old dog does not want to learn new tricks : (

I don’t like the new version either but I guess it’s TV TOTV, I’m sure TV don’t care if you like it so I guess if we don’t, don’t use it!

I'm sure that TOTV doesn't care if you like the new version.

For the life of me it is difficult to figure out - maybe the one where I change my avatar or where I go to look up some old post - they are the only other pages I use pretty much!
