Default Davis Love's Last Ryder Cup Pick

While Love certainly had a tough choice for his last pick, I think he made a good one in Ryan Moore.

Not only has Moore been playing well in the last few months, but so much of a successful Ryder Cup depends on 'team chemistry'...and he will fit in nicely.

I'm sure Bubba will whine a bit about being passed over, given that he is ranked higher than Moore, but what Bubba needs to come to grips with is that his typical whining...is the primary reason he was bypassed.

While Bubba certainly has talent and can do things that other golfers can't, his constant complaining and petulant behavior...hasn't made him many friends among his peers.

So here's to the American Ryder Cup Team...and may they play well.

Moore has been playing very well of late and is a good choice. But I don't see where he fits in with the team and provides needed chemistry.
It is well known that he is a loner on the tour and doesn't have a lot of friends out there. That's not to say that he is not liked or has made enemies of any of the other players. It's just that he keeps to himself and doesn't socialize very much with others.

I think it was a great pick. I wish he hadn't made the statement "This may be the best team every assembled for the Ryder Cup" or very similar to that.

I like the pick. Have to say having Phil playing the way he is playing I hope Love sits him as often as possible. Not a Bubba guy, he got what he deserved.

Is the team picked the very best the USA has to offer to win the cup back?

Looking at these two teams I would think the US would run away with it. But you never know.

We always look better on paper, hopefully this is the year we turn it back around.

To me it doesn't matter who the players are for any event because I am rooting for eagles, birdies, par, etc ....in all I desire is to see good golf

I don't get J.B. Holmes either. Although looking at the list, I don't see a many better choices.

Maybe a more experienced guy like Furyk might have been a better choice.
