Default Alteration reference
We used Phillip Tailors at 10601 US Hwy 441 in Leesburg.
Phone # is 352-360-1159 or 407-692-1890.
The person there said that she had been there for 20 + yrs,
She hemmed two pairs of slacks and they are fine.
