T&D shows up every week, but they are not cheap. $125 per month. Like any pool service company, they are only as good as the technician they assign you. Some are excellent, others not so good.

We use T&D and are 100% satisfied. John has never missed an appt and does a very good job.

T&D for 9 years. They keep the grout white.

Had T&D but had issues. Now using Orca. Pricing close to T&D but the same person comes every week to scrub, vaccum, clean filter every week, check chemistry, etc. Having same person allows for changes being noticed before problems. Orca allows homeowner to order filter, etc from Amazon which they then install which saves money.

Do they clean the filter on every visit? I use T&D and they only do that about once a month, even when it needs it more often.

I used orca and highly recommend them. I had t & d for years and switched to orca. I will be going back to orca when my new pool is completed. You can get lucky and get a great service rep from t & d but they have gotten soooo big it's a roll of the dice. I went through too many ...

We have used T&D for 11 years. We had a great tech for about 4 years, then we had 1 loser who was not doing the job. Now our new tech is good. Pool always looks sparkling clean and I don't have to worry about chemicals or PH etc.

Check out the site called troublefreepool.com. They have several good training documents that completely explain all of the factors that you need to measure in a pool and why, and the chemicals you need to balance your pool properly. It's far less work than you think, and you will have a better balanced and clearer pool than any pool company can deliver.

It will save you hundreds of $$'s a year, and takes about 15 minutes to test and add chemicals.

I use a robot to clean and scrub the walls.

T and D built and has maintained our pool for 15 years and we couldn't be happier. Gone through about 4 or 5 techs in that time, but ALL were good.
