Our 2 bedroom/2 bath villa is located in the beautiful village of St James and is fully furnished. It is 5 mins to Buena Vista Golf trail, Sterling Heights & Seabreeze rec centers and 3 golf courses. It is a 20 min cart ride to Sumter or Brownwood squares. There is enough room in the garage for a car and golf cart. It is tastefully decorated and very comfortable just waiting for you to enjoy. It has a fully equipped kitchen, linens, hair dryers, iron and ironing board, washer & dryer, portable folding chairs, 3 cable TVs and Wi-Fi. Completely private with screen porch has table with 4 cushion chairs & cushion lounger. Each bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan with in-suite bathroom. We provide an initial supply of household consumables, i.e. dishwasher detergent, clothes detergent, liquid hand soap, body wash, coffee & coffee filters, toilet paper, paper towels, charcoal for grill, tenant responsible for any requirements beyond the initial.

Outdoor grill and 2 bikes, No golf cart provided, No Smoking and No pets.
$1100 monthly or $550 weekly.
