$750 Security Deposit due within 7 days of booking.
$100 Cleaning Fee

Check in is 3:00PM on first day of rental. Check out is 10:00AM on last day of rental.
Rental rates are for two people, no pets, no smoking
25% of total rent is due within 10 days of booking and is non-refundable.
