I have a comfortably furnished Master Bedroom, with a Full Bath and walk in closet, for rent in December, 2 weeks $700, 4 weeks ($1,250). Rent includes use of the common areas of the house, (kitchen, living and dining area, lanai, w/d, driveway parking, internet, basic cable, and land line phone.) The house is smoke free.

I am located on Chappells Drive in Virginia Trace, an easy walk into Lake Sumter's, shops, movie theater, restaurants, grocery store, and dancing in the square every night.
