2 newer beautifully furnished patio villas available for some weeks this fall. The first is in Fernandina and is available Oct. 31- Nov.7 and Nov. 15-30. The second is in Pinellas and is available Nov. 30-Dec. 19. It may also be available during the Christmas holidays.

Both villas come with a Yamaha gas golf cart.

Weekly rates are $595 but a small discount will be given for multiple weeks.

A $500 security deposit is required to reserve out of which a $100 cleaning fee will come.

The villas are non-smoking and pet free.
