Our beautiful fully-furnished home is CENTRALLY located in the Village of Alhambra, convenient to either Spanish Springs or Sumter Town Squares and close to 4 major golf courses, entertainment, recreation, and shopping. The shopping is endless including 3 Public Grocery Stores, Fresh Market, Marshalls, Olive Garden and too many to list!

The Cabot Cove Villa offers 1190 square feet of living space.

* The master bedroom has a king-size bed, cable 40" Flat Screen TV, a large walk-in closet and bath and full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom offers a Queen bed, dresser, nightstand and close by bath. Both rooms have ceiling Fans.

* The large, light and bright kitchen with solar tube is fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, smooth top range /oven, double sink with disposal, dishwasher, pots and pans, bakeware, dishes and flatware. It just needs a personal chef.

* The spacious family room offers a large 46” Flat Screen TV and DVD player with a ceiling fan, couch and loveseat, coffee table and lamps.

* The dining room offers seating for 4.

We include basic cable and Wi-Fi with your stay in the Villages.

There is a BRAND NEW Washer and Dryer available for your use.

The outdoor enclosed and screened patio features a loveseat and table with SUNBRELLA cushions for you to enjoy watching the sun rise and set.

GOLF CART RENTAL information will be made available upon request. Golf cart rental includes delivery and pick up to the home.

Play golf, tennis, pickleball or rest by any pool located within The Villages. There is free entertainment at all three town squares (Spanish Springs, Sumter Landing and Brownwood) nightly from 5 to 9 PM. Enjoy the 125+ restaurants accessible by golf cart. Orlando & Disney Attractions are approximately one hour drive away. The home is located 2 minutes (car ride) of the Savannah Centre, having live entertainment. There are numerous pools to choose from, the nearest being 5 minutes in a golf cart.

The Villages is the pre-imminent active senior community for Residents 55yrs+.
