Cane Garden CC, Havana CC, Palmer Legends CC and Mallory Hill CC are all 5 to 10 min by golf cart.

Golf Cart: For liability reasons, no golf cart currently provided. Our insurance notified us that renters are NOT covered when using an owner's golf cart. Therefore, we have made arrangements with a golf cart rental company to provide a golf cart for $300 per month to our renter for anyone needing/wanting a golf cart. We have reduced each of the rental rates below by $300, therefore if cart is needed, the renter will pay the additional $300 directly to rental company. The fees below have already been reduced.

Rates: (discount 5% for 2 months rental - 7% for 3 months rental - 10% for 4 or more months rental - Excludes Jan-April)

All taxes, utilities, cable TV, trash, lawn service, and internet are included.

Rental Policies:

*$2,000 Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking, listing stays active until deposit is received.

*50% of total rent is due within 60 days of booking. Balance is due 60 days prior to rental date and is NON REFUNDABLE, unless other renters are contracted for the same rental period.

*$150 Cleaning Fee is deducted from security deposit prior to return.

*$50 Temporary Resident ID cards per 2 persons (if requested). Additional occupants are ONLY eligible for guest passes and will NOT have access to certain Village residents options per The Villages regulations.

*6 adults maximum.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
