Although our Properties cost slightly more than other properties, we are firm believers that you truly get what you pay for. Our properties are Second to None; we invest and reinvest in in our properties and purchase only the best of the best when it comes to Furniture, Decorations, Lines, and Kitchenware; just to name a few.
This is the Newest of our properties and we have thought of everything. We are confident that you will see and agree that it is worth paying a little more knowing you will receive a lot more! We do it right; we do not put anything cheap in our properties and our guests usually tell us that their stay was more comfortable than their own homes; that is the ultimate compliment. We strive to obtain and secure repeat renters; our experience is that virtually everyone who rents our properties decides to stay rent our properties year after year. We are constantly reinvesting in our properties and provide excellent customer service.
We prefer an Annual Renter however we will consider Monthly Renters as we near the Fall. Therefore, if you are only looking for a Monthly Rental we will take your contact information and put you on a list and if we do not have an Annual Renter by October we will contact you.
Annual Rentals: First-Month Rental Fee, Security Deposit- $750, Cleaning Fee- $125, Temporary Resident ID Card Fee of $50/pp, and Cleaning Fee- $125 is due immediately. The balance of the Annual Rental Fee is due no later than 30-days prior to the check-in date.
The Driveway accommodates two vehicles and the garage also accommodates two vehicles.
The Lanai is spacious and has a nice patio set for your enjoyment.
The brand-new large BBQ Grill, with side-burner, will allow you to enjoy the outdoors and meet your entertaining needs.
The Laundry Room has extra-large Washing Machine and Dryer as well as a pantry.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with premier utensils, appliances, and accessories. There is a bar-style counter with stools.
The Dining room will meet all of your entertaining needs with a table that expands to accommodate more guests.
The Living room is very spacious and comfortable with a wall-mounted extra large 58" flat-screen High Definition Smart TV.
The Lanai, Living room and each bedroom have premier Hunter 52" Ceiling fans.
The Master Bedroom has a King-size bed with a walk-in closet which is attached to the master bathroom.
The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, closet, and plenty of drawers in the large dresser.
Guest Access:
There is a keypad door lock so you will not have to worry about fumbling around for your key nor will you have the worry of losing your Key. We will provide you with the door combination code so you can easily access the property. There is also a keyed deadbolt for your peace of mind.
Interaction with Guests:
I will personally assist you with any questions or concerns you might have. I am very accessible and accommodating.
