Living room has new plush furniture with 65" smart TV and piano for your enjoyment. Dining room table seats 8 comfortably and is equipped with formal dinnerware for holidays and special occasions. Kitchen has high top table seating for 4 and is equipped with casual daily dishes. Kitchen also has many specialty cooking and baking appliances and items available. Also 3 bar stools at counter for additional seating. Large screened lanai with comfortable patio furniture, 2 ceiling fans and gas grill. Every room in home has Ceiling fans. Rental Policy:

Seeking quality guests who will treat our home as their own, small pets allowed, no smoking.
Reservation deposit is 50% of total rental amount and is due within 10 days of booking.
The $1000 Security Deposit and the remaining rental amount owed is due 60 days prior to the stay.
Any cancellations risk loss of all deposits unless home is re-rented for same terms.
$150 Cleaning Fee will be deducted from security deposit at the end of your stay.
Landlord will return remaining balance of security deposit within 14 days of departure.
$250 non-refundable pet fee is due with security deposit.
9% Florida tax and tourism fee will be added to rental cost
Check in first day of month 4PM. Check out last day of month 10AM.
