Full use of the open kitchen, living area, lanai, washer/dryer, internet, house phone (local calls) & basic cable. Driveway parking.

Walk to Lake Sumter shopping, restaurants, movie, grocery store, medical, boardwalk, hotel, dancing in the square and much more. Looking for short term rentals from November- February 10th. Not available the rest of February. Open March and April 2016
