With Villages Resident Passes you can play any of the 33 Villages executive courses for free. There are also eleven championship courses for a modest fee. Rental Policy:
No Pets, No Smoking
$750 Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking
$100 Cleaning Fee is deducted from Deposit
1/2 monthly rent is due within 30 days of booking
Balance is due 60 days prior to rental date

All taxes, Utilities, Wireless Internet, Cable TV, Trash, and Lawn Service are included.
Golf cart not included but available through local rental centers
Temporary resident IDs provided.
The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods
The Villages offers regular shuttle service to and from the Orlando International Airport for a fee.
