LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. Our house is very close to the new El Santiago Rec Center and two free Executive golf courses. Within one mile are both the Hacienda Hills Championship Country Club and the Tierra Del Sol Championship Country Club. Both offer fine dining throughout the day and well into the evening at two of the top rated restaurants in The Villages. Additionally, there's are three fine executive courses within one mile - El Diablo and El Santiago and De la Vista and another 6 executive courses are just a short cart ride away. You'll find tennis at all three, and Chula Vista Club offers volleyball and pickle ball for your recreation pleasure. Swimmers will find an adult pool at Tierra, Hacienda and Chula, while the Rio Grande recreation center offers a family pool, lawn bowling, and an outdoor range for both air guns and archery buffs.

The house is midway between the Savannah Center that is well known for the arts and craft festivals held there, and the big name shows and performances featured throughout the year and the new Sharon Morse Performing Arts Center in Spanish Springs.
