Verbal agreements have proven by way of experience not worth what they are written on, because they're not. Some unsolicited advice...whoever is interested deal with as if they are the only ones. Whichever check clears first wins. I had one lady tell me the check was in the mail, she calls a week later and tells me her husband took the check out of the mailbox ! Trust no one...
