You're also minutes to Sterling Heights Recreation Center where you'll find a family friendly swimming pool, billiards tables, horseshoe pits, bocce ball, shuffleboard, card & game rooms, tennis courts, and pickleball courts. And if that isn't enough, there's Sea Breeze Regional Recreation Center where you can take part in organized swimming events such as water aerobics, lap swimming and water volleyball, or check out the arts & crafts room for some hands-on creations. The first guest bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and extra blankets. The guest bathroom has a shower & tub. The third bedroom has a set of twin beds. The bedrooms and bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. As someone who lives most of the year in the “frozen north”, when I’m in Florida I’m all about the outside space. The screened in lanai is where you will spend most of your time. This home has rear privacy, provided by backing up to a villa wall. No waving at your neighbors while you have morning coffee! You will find a patio table with seating for 4, 2 chairs with ottomans, a love seat and comfortable cushioned seating making the perfect place for you to enjoy reading the morning paper. It's also a great place to sit and relax at the end of a busy day of activities here in The Villages.

This home comes complete with high-speed internet WiFi. With the optional Village resident ID card, you can use any of the 32 executive golf courses with no greens fees. And these executive golf courses are not your typical 'pitch & putts'. They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 12 Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis & pickle ball courts, basketball courts, sand volley ball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreation centers.
