I've rented for two weeks many times. The reason: I have two cats and most rentals won't take cats. I won't leave them for more than two weeks at a time!

Thank you. I can't imagine leaving my baby for two weeks! She has me wrapped around her kitty finger.

Every county and state are different. Some don't allow short term at all or short term rentals are subject to a much higher tax rate.
